Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, making sure all original tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
